Control system for a multi-component weighing system

For this project we supplied a switch cabinet including e-documentation and tests according to standard EN60204 as well as commissioning of the process plant.

The weighing process requires the following dosing functions:
- Dosing of liquid components principally in coarse stream
- Starting the agitator during the dosing process of the coarse stream
- Starting the agitator for blending as mixing time
- With locked discharge: permanent operation of agitator during stand-by period before receiving the discharge signal
- With locked discharge: intermittant operation of agitator during stand-by period before receiving the discharge signal
- With locked discharge: waiting for discharge signal

All functions are freely programmable in the recipe on the user's site.
